Hi, I'm Kayla.

Founder of That Socials Team, content creator, leadership consultant, and co-founder of a law firm. I've been showing up online and helping others do the same long before it was a strategy or even a job title.

That Socials Team didn't come from a marketing degree or a social media course. It came from 8.5 years of creating content as a family lifestyle creator before 'UGC' was a term and before every business owner had a ring light.

It started then with one small baby on a handmade playmat to now capturing content for bigger brands, international brands and 4 day business festivals.

I built an audience by showing up consistently and authentically and people started asking for advice or for me to do it for them.

At the same time I was running a leadership consultancy drawing on 14 years in human services, facilitating workshops, holding people accountable to the commitments they make and co-founding a law firm with my husband Jake, creating content for both businesses from scratch.

TST wasn't a pivot. It was the logical next step for everything I'd already been doing.
